"Got it sorted in the end"
I had an issue with my account and support did eventually get it fixed after a few messages back and forth. It took a bit longer than I was hoping, so that was a little annoying, but everything is working now. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a cold piece of toast while waiting for one of the replies. Overall not bad, just wish the process had been a little smoother.

"They’re upfront about what you’re getting"
I thought they did a good job explaining what they offer. Most of the service details were clear, like what’s included, how it works, what you can expect, and the general process. It wasn’t one of those situations where you’re left guessing about basic stuff like pricing, timing, features, or what happens next. There were still a few little things I wish had been explained better, maybe some extra details here and there, a clearer example, or a bit more info in the fine print, but overall it was easy enough to understand.

I had a weird issue and support got it sorted way faster than I expected. The person explained everything in plain English, which I appreciated, and they even pointed out the tiny setting I had missed, it was literally one little toggle buried in the menu. Nice to deal with someone who actually knew the product and didn’t make it feel complicated

It works well for the most part, but getting it set up was a little confusing at first. I also had to wait longer than I expected for support to get back to me. Not a bad experince overall, just think it could be a bit smoother.

I’ve been using GonuClei for a little while now, and the security side feels solid. Logging in was simple, no strange pop-ups, no shady redirects... just straightforward.

The privacy settings are easy enough to understand without having to dig through a million pages, which I really appreciate. I also didn’t feel like the site was trying to pressure me into sharing more info than I wanted to.

Overall, it feels safe, clean, and easy to use! Not really much I can complain about. I’d give it 5 stars.

I mean, the mobile site does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much. I was able to get around and find what I needed eventually. But it just feels a little clunky, like some things take an extra tap or don’t quite flow the way you expect. Not a dealbreaker, and maybe I’m just used to smoother apps and sites, but it definitely had me thinking, “Wait, why is this here?” a couple times.

The docs are fine, I guess. They did help me get started, so I can’t complain too much, but a few sections felt a bit too brief. I ended up having to guess what to do next in some spots and look around for extra examples. It’s not bad overall, and it gets the job done, but I wish it was a little clearer for people using it for the first time...

Maybe I’m just not super patient with websites, but gonuclei.com was frustrating for me to use. The menus felt all over the place, and I kept having to stop and figure out where I was supposed to click next. Some of the buttons seemed like they were in weird spots too. I’ll admit I was probably already a little tired, but it got annoying fast and made me feel like the site wasn’t really tested with regular people

We started using gonuclei.com as our needs grew, and overall it’s been fine. It does handle bigger workloads, which is definitely a plus, but adding more users hasn’t always felt as smooth as I expected. Sometimes things get a little slow or clunky, and it’s not always super clear what’s happening. Not a bad experience overall, I just wish the scaling felt a bit more seamless...

"Product updates feel a bit half-baked"
I’ve been using Nuclei for a while now, and maybe I’m just not great at keeping up with every little product change, but the recent updates have been kind of frustrating. New features pop up, which is nice, but then older things seem to move around or behave differently without much of a heads-up. The release notes are there, but for me they don’t always make it clear what actually changed in the way I use the tool.
Support has been alright, though I’ll admit I don’t always explain the issue perfectly the first time, so it usually takes a bit of back and forth to figure out whether something is a bug or just part of a new update. I still like the overall idea of Nuclei, but lately the updates feel a little rushed. I’d rather they slow down and test things more before rolling them out.

Nuclei is fine for basic integrations, but getting a few of my tools connected took longer than I expected. The docs helped a little, but I still ended up reaching out to support because... yeah. It’s not a bad experience overall, just feels like some parts could use a bit more cleanup

Most days it works just fine, and when it’s running smoothly I don’t really have any complaints. But I did run into a few random slow pages and one login issue that got frustrating in the moment. It’s not awful by any means, I just expected it to feel a bit more reliable. Support was okay, but nothing that really blew me away.
